Here's the deal:
I run this site so that people like you can become established as a genuine expert in web business.
Free membership includes my Training package called "The Secrets to Becoming a Web Business Guru, Or an Under The Radar Earner."
There is no "forced continuity" or any other hidden billing schemes involved. Free membership really is 100% free.
After signup you may be given the opportunity to upgrade to a Premium Membership. This optional membership level includes license to use my best content as if you'd created it yourself. Premium memberships are limited in quantity and may not be available depending on current enrollment numbers.
Terms of service:
1. While we try our hardest to include only accurate stuff on the site, if you use any information or advice, you're using it at your own risk. (Don't worry though, we've been marketing on the Internet since 1996 so we know what we're doing. And we like to tell it like it is, so any advice you find will in all likelihood be better than advice you can dig up at most other sites. ;-)
2. We and anybody else who helped us create, produce, or deliver the site are not liable for any damages you suffer when you use it. In particular, the lawyers want you to know that our disclaimer includes "direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the site. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the site is provided to you 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON INFRINGEMENT.
3. Any disputes will be resolved as follows:
If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Providence County. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Providence County, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
In closing... we're honest and we've never had a problem in more than 14 years online. Sure, a few people have tried to copy or steal our material right down to the website, but we know that you'd never try something that underhanded. We're here to help you succeed, so let's keep it on a friendly basis and play by the rules, OK?
