Purchase Agreement

If you decide to upgrade your Free membership to a Premium membership, you get access to the training package AND FULL LICENSE to all my personal web business content.

But you do have to play by the following rules...

Here's a complete list of what you can and cannot do with this content:

YES: Can claim ownership and authorship of content.
YES: Content can be given away for free.
YES: Content can be used to grow opt-in lists.

NO: CANNOT claim any specific income level is attainable at any site distributing content.
NO: CANNOT sell or give away ANY rights (resale or giveaway) to this content, to any third parties.

Only members in good standing can use the content.

If you cancel your membership before your third and final payment, you need to remove the licensed content from any sites where you have posted it. You also will lose access to this membership site and all archived and future content.

This rule is in place to keep people from joining, downloading all the content, then cancelling. I've made it affordable using a 3-pay plan so that people who need content have access to it. While you can cancel any time, you forfeit license to the content if you cancel before your final payment.

This is not an exclusive rights agreement. Although membership to this site is limited, other members of this site also have rights to the content, and some of it appears in JDD Publishing's web-based archives. As noted above however, you may combine content and create unique products and packages to differentiate from others. You may also sign your own name to these newly compiled packages and give them away or sell them as your own.

You shouldn't join the site if you have any problem with any of that, because once you join you are bound by [read: stuck with] the terms and conditions.

Other standard terms of service:

1.      While we try our hardest to include only accurate stuff on the site, if you use any information or advice, you're using it at your own risk. Don't call us if there's a problem because we assume no liability or responsibility for errors or omissions on the site. (Don't worry though, we've been marketing on the Internet since 1996 so we know what we're doing. And we like to tell it like it is, so any advice you find will in all likelihood be better than advice you can dig up at most other sites. ;-)

2.      We and anybody else who helped us create, produce, or deliver the site are not liable for any damages you suffer when you use it. In particular, the lawyers want you to know that our disclaimer includes "direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the site. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the site is provided to you 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON INFRINGEMENT.

3.       Any disputes will be resolved as follows:

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Providence County. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Providence County, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

In closing... we're honest and we've never had a problem in more than a decade online. Sure, a few people have tried to copy or steal our material right down to the website, but we know that you'd never try something that underhanded. We're here to help you succeed, so let's keep it on a friendly basis and play by the rules, OK?
